The user of the photobank (hereinafter the User) of Enterprise Estonia is obliged to follow the following conditions for use of photos:

1. The User is entitled to use the photos without a term on the basis of simple licence without the right to provide a sub-licence in the whole world according to the usage field mentioned in clause 2.
2. The User is entitled to use the photos abroad for non-commercial purpose of introducing the state of Estonia, also with the aim to perceive Estonia widely as tourism destination and interested destination of tourism in the publications, websites, print, mobile, outdoor advertising, presentations, visual designs (hereinafter the usage field).
3. The User is entitled to use the photos in the given form, including the enlargement and diminishing of the photos. The essential changing of photos and deviation from the usage field is not allowed.
4. The User is obliged to notify Enterprise Estonia of the actual use of the photos through the photobank of Enterprise Estonia.
5. The User is obliged to immediately notify Enterprise Estonia of any violation of the right of use of the photos by the third parties discovered by the User.
6. The User is obliged to mark the name of the author of the photo, if possible, in publishing the photo.
7. In violation of the conditions for use of the photos by the User Enterprise Estonia is entitled to forbid the further use of the photos of the photobank of Enterprise Estonia by the User, also Enterprise Estonia is entitled to use all civil law means for the protection of the copyrights.
8. In material changing of the photos or deviation from the usage field Enterprise Estonia is entitled to require the penal fine of up to 25 000 kroons per each violation.
